Every letter features an original illustration by la la lu founder, Jessica Harrison. This year, step into a Winter Wonderland of magical animals flying off a fairground into starry, Christmas skies. The scene bursts with whimsy—enchanted creatures soar above festive attractions, their silhouettes dancing against a backdrop of twinkling stars and deep winter blues. It's a celebration of childhood wonder that transforms your personalised letter into a cherished work of art.

The luxurious paper is handmade exclusively for La La Lu at Two Rivers papermill in Devon — a light 160gsm with biodegradable sparkles for extra sparkle and wonder. Your letter arrives tied with a pale blue or navy sateen bow, nestled in a beautiful letterpress tube box. Inside, your child will discover a pouch of North Pole stardust for making Christmas wishes.

Each letter is personalised to you. We handwrite approximately 80 words in traditional pen and ink. Simply provide a few short sentences about your child's achievements, special qualities, or memories you'd like mentioned. Confirm names as you wish them to appear and whether you prefer Father Christmas or Santa Claus as the signature.

Limited edition slots release periodically. Allow 3–4 weeks processing during peak season; all letters arrive well before Christmas.
