Shipping policy

We're proud to use Royal Mail as our main delivery service which comes complete with options to suit you, wherever and whenever you want to receive your order.

We use Royal Mail 48 Tracked service for all our Standard Shipping to ensure your orders arrive with you safely and are tracked. 

All personalised items have a lead time of up to 2 weeks, however, at Christmas the lead time will be extended to 4 weeks.

For larger packages, Parcel Force, Hermes or DPD Local will be used and tracking information will be sent directly to your email address.
